An Ordinance amending section 5 letter (b) of ordinance no. 183, series of 1980.

An Ordinance  creating a traffic enforcer unit for the City of Bacolod and its functions and appropriating certain sum of money for this purpose.

An Ordinance creating (36) teaching positions for the newly nationalized nine (9) High Schools in the Division of City Schools, Bacolod City and, for this purpose , an initial amount of two hundred fifty thousand pesos (P 250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from “unappropriated surplus” for the salaries of these teachers converting the months of August, September , October and November 1987.

An Ordinance imposing a curfew from 12:00 o’clock midnight to 4:00 o’clock in the morning.

An Ordinance amending City ordinance No. 29 dated August 18, 1987 ,”An ordinance imposing a curfew from 12:00 o’clock midnight to 4:00 o’clock in the morning”. So that as amended, the curfew hours are shortened from 1:00 o’clock in the morning to 4:00 o’clock in the morning only. without prejudice to the aforementioned City ordinance no. 29 providing for a 60- day curfew.

An ordinance imposing a fee of twenty five pesos ( P25.00 ) for water bacteriological  analysis that will be conducted by the Bacolod City Health Department.

Villarosa, Sr. Street”, in recognition of the services rendered by the late don Augusto R.Villarosa, Sr. , and in connection with Resolution no. 15, series of 1981, of the Barangay Council of Barangay Sum-ag, Bacolod City.

An Ordinance amending ordinance no. 74, series of 1980 prescribing tuition fees in the Bacolod City Public High Schools and for other purposes.

An Ordinance prohibiting the sale of liquor , beer or other intoxicants to persons below 18 years of age and requiring all refreshment parlors, eating joints, bars and other similar places where liquor, beer or other intoxicants are being sold or dispenses, and requiring the posting of signs at least three feet in width and four feet in length in conspicuous places to the effect that “persons below 18 years of age are prohibited to take or drink liquor, beer or other intoxicants”, and providing penalties thereof.

An Ordinance amending ordinance no. 1251, series of 1979. an Ordinance prohibiting the sale of liquor , beer or other intoxicants to persons below 18 years of age and requiring all refreshment parlors, eating joints, bars and other similar places where liquor, beer or other intoxicants are being sold or dispenses, and requiring the posting of signs at least 20″ x 30″ conspicuous places to the effect that “persons below 18 years of age are prohibited to take or drink liquor, beer or other intoxicants”, and providing penalties thereof.”
