Israel “Noi” Gonzales, together with his fellow Bacolodnon artists, turned what’s most commonly thought as “waste” into an instant Christmas attraction — the spaghetti wires.

This is a prime example of how wastes can be turned into marvels for everyone to enjoy at the Bacolod City Plaza.
