July 11, 2023 – Mayor Albee Benitez attended to the courtesy visit of Bacolod Tay Tung High School Thunderbolts to show support for their participation in the upcoming prestigious Palarong Pambansa 2023 earlier today at the City Mayor’s Office, Bacolod City Government Center.

Also present during the courtesy call were PSC Chairman Richard Bachman and former Mayor Monico Puentevella who visited Mayor Albee Benitez to talk about the 2023 National Weightlifting Championship here in Bacolod City.

Graced by Bacolod Tay Tung High School Thunderbolt Athletics Coaches and representatives, parents, Gymnastics, Basketball, Taekwondo, and Volleyball teams.

The visit provided a warm welcome and a show of encouragement to uplift the level of motivation in support of the athletes who will be representing the whole Western Visayas in the Palarong Pambansa 2023 which will be held in Marikina on July 30 to August 5.
