November 23, 2023-In a public hearing held at Brgy. 12 today, Mayor Albee Benitez addressed the housing needs of residents affected by the demolition of the new Manokan Country. The mayor presented two options: a condo-type residence or a housing model akin to Arao Housing.

The majority voiced their preference for acquiring a lot instead. Responding to this sentiment, Mayor Benitez encouraged residents to list their names and housing preferences, aiming to ensure that the upcoming housing solution aligns closely with the desires of the community.
