Bacolod City, December 8, 2023 – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in Bacolod City honored the outstanding achievements of the Top 12 Best Performing Barangays in a recent performance assessment. The assessment covered key areas, including the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangays (SGLGB), Compliance to Administrative Governance, Accomplishment Reports, Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Initiatives, and Awards Received.
