Batang Pinoy talks with Commissioner Matthew “Fritz” Gaston of the Philippine Sports Commission as he visited BCGC this morning and was welcomed by Acting Mayor Thaddy Sayson, City Administrator Pacifico Maghari III, CPDO Asst Department head Engr. Mae Cuaycong, EA Carmela Gamboa, OYSD Head Adrian Melocoton and OYSD staff.

Bacolod City can be a possible venue for the Batang Pinoy according to Commissioner Gaston, with roots from Silay City, he looks forward to having the games here in Bacolod and neighboring cities in the province.

The Philippine Youth Games or Batang Pinoy is the national youth sports competition of the Philippines for athletes under 15 years old, Batang Pinoy is one of the baseline sports programs of the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC).
