June 26, 2023 — “[The commonality that we have is that] we are all in the transport sector,” LTFRB Legal Officer Atty. Ma. Joscet Abellar remarked on her opening speech during the Simulation Exercise of the Cooperative Development Authority Capacity Building held by the Reg. 6 LTFRB in collaboration with the LGU-Bacolod in the SP Session Hall at BCGC.

The Governance and Management Cooperative (GMC) discussion featured various topics such as the 7 Principles of Cooperative, Organization Structure of Cooperative, Principles of Management, among others, with resource speakers PCDS/CDS II Jona Gepilga and Mark Sadsad, and Asst. Regional Director Atty. Roumelia B. Alpasan-Base.

Moreover, the said discussion was attended by cooperatives and corporations, particularly CPMPC, Bacolod-South Trans. Coop.
