April 13, 2024 – In line with their mission to provide efficient and effective veterinary public health services, the City Veterinary Office participated in the Libre Kapon event organized by the animal welfare advocacy, Mission PAWSsible. The event took place today at the Barksite Animal Clinic in Mandalagan.

Assistant City Veterinarian Dr. John Michael Cabuguason represented the City Veterinary Office, joining hands with members of the Community Animal Rescue Efforts (CARE), Inc., staff from Barksite Animal Clinic, and the proponent of Mission PAWSsible, Leonil Espinosa.

A total of 20 cats and dogs underwent successful operations. This collaborative effort between the City Veterinary Office and various animal welfare groups aims to eliminate animal abuse and cruelty from our city.
