The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) has once again secured the top spot in the Unit Performance Rating (UPER) within Police Regional Office 6 (PRO 6) for the month of December 2023.

With an overall percentage of 96.30 out of 100, BCPO has underscored its proficiency in both operational and administrative functions.

UPER, evaluates the performance of police units in executing their operational duties and managing administrative responsibilities.

This success of BCPO under the leadership of PCol Noel Aliño, reflects the unwavering dedication of the police force in continuing to safeguard Bacolod city and its constituents.
