As we drive towards a Supercity Bacolod, we see the importance of engaging multi-stakeholders to take part in the growth of ICT Industry.

As per City Ordinance 886, series of 2019, there is hereby established a startup support program called Bacolod Startup Ecosystem Programs and Services (BCD STEPS) to enhance the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry or tech startup firms and companies located in Bacolod and develop talents to supplement the rapid growth of digitalization.

The program shall design, implement and provide customized support and assistance to startups including a wide range of information, services, and resources necessary and important to the growth, development and sustainability of new startup companies.
