The event was opened with a dance number by B- Mascot Police; Patrolman Inasal and PatrolWoman Masskara.

The formal oath taking was led by Mayor Albee Benitez and was graced by the presence of our esteemed City Councilors, Vice Mayor El cid Familiaran, Congressman Greg Gasataya, Congressman Stephen Joseph “Caraps” Paduano, Victorias City Mayor Javi Benitez, CD Noel Aliño of BCPO, Director Joy Maredith Madayag of DILG Bacolod and Ms. Jane Capatar of COA Bacolod.

The celebration ended with a special performance by Brownman Revival, who added musical entertainment to this historic event.
