Barangay Captains, SK chairmen, Secretaries and Treasurers in the 30 barangays and BADAC members composed the Cebu delegation.

Last February 1, 2023, Bacolod City received the 2022 National Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Award as the only HUC that garnered a high functionality rating on the ADAC Performance Audit during the 2022 National Anti-Drug Abuse Council Awarding in Iloilo City.
