Land Transportation Office-Bacolod Free Theoretical Driving Course continued its two-day duration seminar, today, June 20.

Resource speaker of today’s seminar was Transportation Regulation Officer Paul Garcia who reviewed the recipients on road laws and acts to prepare them as they apply their theoretical driving knowledge.

A 120-item test concluded the said seminar where participants who scored 96 and up will receive a certificate of completion.
