May 6,2024 – Mayor Albee Benitez signed alongside with MGen. Elpidio Talja of the Philippine Air Force Reserve Command the Memorandum of Agreement for the upcoming ROTC Games – Regional Qualifying Leg at the Bacolod City Government Center.

Senator Francis Tolentino, ROTC Games founder, CHED 6 Regional Director Raul Alvarez Jr. and CHMSU President Norberto Mangulabnan joined as witnesses.
