This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

Bacolod City Housing Project

The First Pambansang Pabahay Program in the country will now commence in Bacolod City. Contract has been signed with WRS Holdings, Pag-Ibig and the City of Bacolod.

BENITEZ’S HOUSING PROJECT LAUNCHES AT BRGY. VISTA ALEGRE

September 30, 2022 - The Yuhum Village, a housing project of Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez, held its groundbreaking ceremony at Abada Escay, Barangay Vista Alegre, which is one of its planned housing sites. Together with Mayor Benitez were Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel Benitez, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Secretary Jose Rizalino "Jerry" Acuzar, DHSUD Regional 6 Director Eva Marfil, and Councilor Vladimir Gonzalez, committee chair on urban poor, housing and resettlement. Groundbreaking sang Bacolod City General Hospital gin patigayon subong nga adlaw, Setyembre nuebe, sa Brgy. Vista Alegre sa siyudad sang Bacolod. Dinapit nga bisita sang nasambit nga groundbreaking si Senate President Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri. Gin buylugan man kanday Mayor Albee Benitez, Cong. Greg Gasataya, Engr. Nerie Bueno, Regional Director sang DPWH Region 6, Dr. Adriano Suba-an, Regional Director sang DOH Region 6, kag mga miyembro sang Sangguniang Panlungsod sang siyudad. Yara man sa groundbreaking ang pamilya Gensoli nga amu ang nag donar sang duta para patindugan sang nasambit nga hospital. Kapin 250 milyon nga budget ang gin pa-in para sa sini nga proyekto. Nag pangako man si Senador Zubiri sa iya mensahe nga magahatag siya dugang nga 400 milyon agud dasig nga mahuman ang hospital. Naghambal si Engr. Nerie Bueno nga ginalauman humanon ang Bacolod City General Hospital sa tuig 2023. Suno kay Gasataya "Ginpatukod ta ang Bacolod City General Hospital para mas makahatag kita dugang nga serbisyo medikal sa aton pumuluyo, kag agud mas madamo pagid ang bed capacity sa aton siyudad kag probinsya." Daku man ang pagpasalamat ni Mayor Albee Benitez kay Hon. Migz Zubiri, Cong. Greg Gasataya, Gensoli family, City Health Office (CHO), DPWH, kag DOH sa suporta kag bulig nila para sa ini nga proyekto.

YUHUM VILLAGE, IN PROGRESS

The on-site housing project, a flagship program of Mayor Albee Benitez for informal settlers of Bacolod City, is under way with Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) after their dialogue at the Bacolod City Government Center earlier today, September 2, 2022. The department was led by DHSUD Undersectary Jose Ramon Aliling. Present also in the assembly were Councilor Vladimir Gonzalez, Councilor Jude Thaddeus "Thaddy" Sayson, Councilor Al Victor Espino, Secretary to the Mayor Atty. Karol Joseph Chiu, City Administrator Atty. Pacifico Maghari III, and the National Housing Authority (NHA). A consolidation was discussed in undertaking the housing relocation, profiling assessment and eligibility, management of settlers, as well as recourse with Pag-IBIG to Local Government Units (LGUs) for the regulation of beneficiaries. Purok Arao of Barangay Vista Alegre, Barangay Banago, and Barangay 8 are the intended sites for the housing project. A Momenrandum of Understanding had been arranged and will be signed by Mayor Benitez and DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino "Jerry" Acuzar. DHSUD mandates a "continuing program of housing and urban development which shall make available at affordable cost, decent housing and basic services to underprivileged and homeless citizens in urban centers and resettlement areas", as enshrined on Republic Act No. 11201 of the Philippines.

Private-Public Partnership for a Dialysis Center

Sa subong, gina finalize pa lang ang mga detalye sang partnership, let's all hope and pray nga matigayon ini para madamo ang aton mabuligan.

e-Government Briefing

Different Government Offices and Department heads gathered to know more about the E-Government plan to be implemented soon. This project will ensure convenience and smooth process of necessary government documents. Maga-innovate kita tanan para sa pagbag-o sang syudad.

Bacolod City Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHP)

Mayor Alfredo Abelardo Benitez launched the Bacolod City Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHP) at the lobby of the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) on Tuesday, July 19. The BacCHP, which is a priority of the Benitez administration, aims to ensure the delivery of an integrated health care system that includes preventive, promotive, and curative health care coverage by maximizing resources and programs of the government, City Administrator Pacifico Maghari said.
