In a concerted effort to propel Bacolod City towards progress, various city departments recently convened to finalize arrangements for the upcoming blessing and inauguration of the Bacolod Express Service Office (BESO) on December 18 at the 3rd floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central.

The finalization of the allocation of offices within BESO was spearheaded by STTM Atty. Joseph Karol Chiu, Stela Rose Rayos (Head of BPLO), Alma Gustilo (Officer-in-Charge of DSSD), Arlene Memoria from the City Treasurer’s Office, and representatives from the Tourism Office, Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO), Office of the Building Official (OBO), and City Health Office (CHO).

This collaborative initiative underscores a harmonized approach to augmenting city services and fostering overall community development. The inauguration of BESO stands as a tangible outcome of this shared commitment to advancing Bacolod City. As the various departments join forces, the city takes a significant stride toward providing efficient and streamlined services to its residents.
