The City Government of Bacolod empowered the BacCHP liaisons through an orientation on the process flow of the Bacolod City Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHP) earlier today, April 12, at L’Fisher Hotel.
Twenty-five BacCHP Liaisons from government workers of the city will serve 24/7 on public health centers and partnered private hospitals.
Within the month of April, five liaisons will be deployed to BacCHP Command Center, Carlos Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH), South Bacolod Medical Hospital, Metro Bacolod and Medical Center, and Bacolod Queen of Mercy Hospital, respectively.
BacCHP Director Dr. Eric Saratan shared his optimism with the flagship program of Mayor Albee Benitez and reminded the liaisons “not to fear” as the city will guide them and to be ready to serve Bacolodnons, “especially the indigents.”
BacCHP liaisons shall serve as the frontliners of the program and assist indigents in obtaining its maximum benefit.
Liaisons have received trainings on ethics and personality, and developing customer-oriented service culture from Human Resources Management and Services (HRMS).
Present also in the event were BacCHP Medical Director Dr. Edwin Miraflor and BacCHP Officer Engr. Mae Cuaycong.
