October 11, 2023- Mayor Albee Benitez nagpakig-istorya kaupod ang katapu sang Management Information Technology and Information Service (MITCS) kag Office of the Building Official (OBO) sa City Mayor’s Office, Bacolod City Government Center angut sa contactless process flow sang pag proseso sang mga business permits.

Nagpresenta sang contactless process flow ukon ang ginatawag nga online process ang Office of the Building Official. May yara sila anum ka proseso nga ginpakita kay Mayor Albee, amo ini ang Online Registration and Application, Completeness Check and Verification, Simultaneous Evaluation, Assessment of Fees and Generate Order of Payment, Payment kag ulihi nga proseso amo ang Generate and issue permit.

Sunod man nga gin presenta sang MITCS ang ila nga Document Tracking for Thirty-Day Payment sa mga suppliers.

Nangin mabinungahon naman ang amo nga presentasyon para mas mapadasig ang serbisyo sa publiko.
