July 4,2023-Mayor Albee Benitez, along with heads of various government agencies and organizations, launched Bacolod Express Services Office (BESO) in SM City Bacolod.

The Ribbon cutting with Mayor Albee was joined by Assistant Mall Manager Ms. Julia Javellana, Councilor Celia Flor, Atty. Pacifico Maghari III, Atty. Karol Joseph Chiu, SM Senior Assistant Vice President Ms. Quennie Rodulfo, and OIC Provincial Director Of Negros Occidental Ms. Lynna Joy Cardinal.

The event highlighted the collaboration between government agencies and the private sectors to promote economic growth and development by bringing various government services closer to the the Bacolodnons.

BESO, which is located on the third floor of SM City Bacolod is open during Mall hours, from Monday to Friday, while Weekend schedule is still being finalized.
