The WRS Holding Inc. and Scheirman Construction Consolidated Incorporated have started with foundation works of the 4-storey building and staff bunkhouse, last May 22, at Progreso Village Relocation site 2 (Arao), Barangay Vista Alegre, Bacolod City.

Other construction on intended sites for the Yuhum Housing Program of Mayor Albee Benitez are now in the pipeline.
