Mr. Philippines 2016, Wins Hipe, will be in town to judge the first and grandest fitness competition in this part of the country in celebration of the 43rd MassKara Festival.
“Gods of Bods,” an invitational sports event, will bring in 80 contestants from all over the country to vie for the top prize of P50,000 and a shot at being declared Mr. Bacolod 2022, this Tuesday, October 11, 2:30 PM, at the Events Center in Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Bacolod City.
Coach Wins, a legend in the fitness industry with thousands of followers, will be among the judges in the competition that is bringing in body-building enthusiasts from Cagayan, Cebu, Manila and Zamboanga.
Wins has inspired a lot of fitness fans because of his humble beginnings. He started his body-building goals in 1999 and it took six years before he turned professional and joined competitions. However, it took another 11 years before his claim to fame when he finally got the title of Mr. Philippines. Since then, Wins has remained in the top spots in similar competitions and has become a major endorser of fitness supplements products.
There will be five categories in the competition namely; Men’s Physique Newcomer and Men’s Bodybuilding Newcomer which are exclusive to Bacolod residents, the Men’s Physique Open, Men’s Fit Model Open and the Men’s Bodybuilding Open.
The Overall Men’s Bodybuilding winner will get P50,000 while the Overall Men’s Physique top place will bring home P40,000.
