February 5, 2025- Mayor Albee Benitez attended the inauguration of Riverside Medical Center, Inc.’s (RMCI) Business One-Stop Shop and Ambulatory Surgical Clinic today, marking a big step in improving healthcare services for the community.

The newly opened One-Stop Shop is designed to make hospital visits easier for patients by bringing several key services together in one location. Situated where the old hospital lobby once was, the One-Stop Shop includes departments like Admitting, Billing, Claims Processing, Cashier, HMO Hub, Social Welfare Assistance, and the Information Center.

Additionally, various government services, including PhilHealth, Social Welfare, BacCHP, and DSWD, are available to support patients. This centralization allows patients to manage their hospital-related needs quickly and efficiently.

“We understand how overwhelming coming to a hospital can sometimes be, and it is our goal to make your experience here as smooth and stress-free as possible,” said Genesis Goldi Golingan, President and CEO of Riverside Medical Center, during his welcoming remarks. “We are here to assists you with the utmost care and professionalism”.

The One-Stop Shop not only streamlines administrative tasks but also provides convenient access to clinical services such as the Reproductive Health Unit, Imaging Sciences, Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Imaging, and the Laboratory, reducing waiting times and improving the overall patient experience.

The event also highlighted the opening of the new Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, which is designed to offer more specialized care to patients.

In attendance were Congressman Greg Gasataya, Bacolod City Councilor Renecito Novero, Vice President and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ma. Antonia Gensoli, and Special Assistant to the Mayor Engr. Mae Cuaycong, along with other hospital officials.

With the One-Stop Shop and Ambulatory Surgical Clinic, Riverside Medical Center is poised to transform the patient experience and continue delivering top-tier healthcare services to the people of Bacolod and beyond.
