Mayor Albee Benitez, Chair of the Regional Development Council 6, proposes three significant projects for Western Visayas to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. during an event at Malacañang on April 30.

The proposed projects include the Bacolod Coastal Road, Regional Warehouses, and the Boracay Cruise Ship Hub.

The Bacolod Coastal Road, with a budget of 10 billion pesos, aims to facilitate preparations for the much-anticipated Panay-Guimaras-Negros Bridge. The Regional Warehouses, to be constructed in Cadiz City, Roxas City, and town of Pototan, are aimed at ensuring quick responses during emergencies. Mayor Albee Benitez and the LGUs of Western Visayas fully support these projects.
