The launch of the construction of a Multi-Purpose Building began with a groundbreaking ceremony funded by USWAG Ilonggo Partylist, designed to cater to the needs of the blind community in Barangay Mansilingan.

Attended by key figures Mayor Albee Benitez, Congressman Greg G. Gasataya, Hon. James Ang Jr. of Uswag Partylist, Councilors Thaddy Sayson, Jason Villarosa, Pao Sy, Kalaw Puentevella, Punong Barangay Franz Tionko, from DPWH Engr. Abraham Villareal, Engr. Ferdinand Magada, and Engr. Leah Jamero.
