January 24, 2022 – Bacolod residents and tourists can now access free Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) connection at the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) Grounds.
Operated by GNET Network and Data Solutions, everyone is eligible to access the “MABB Wi-Fi” by logging in through their smartphones or laptop devices.

With its 6 access points installed in BCGC, a free 1-hour connectivity subscription shall be available to a single use-device per day. Once the subscription limit is reached, users can access the free wi-Fi on the following day.

With the advancement of technology and the necessity of the internet at this time, Mayor Albee Benitez really aimed for this project to grant efficiency and internet access to the masses as they visit the BCGC grounds.

This free public Wi-fi aims to help users conduct online communication, quick and chill-time surfing and emergency connections while touring the BCGC grounds.
