“The thing speaks for itself”. Councilor Simplicia “Simple” Zabala Distrito is truly a simple person inside and out. Her personality is very admirable that she can in fact cause a smile to a person even unfamiliar to her, the reason why so many call her “Mamang” or “Tita” as if she is known to someone for a long time.
Councilor Simple is from Magsungay, the place where she regularly sees a lot of social realities that propelled her and her family to help the less fortunate in their simple ways. Her constituents in Barangay Singcang-Airport often described her as a loving mother, a humble person and a caring Kagawad.
Aside from her simplicity, she is quoted by many as a woman with a good heart, compassion and a very strong passion for serving others and in serving God.
