June 21, 2023 – Following the introductory phase of the Median Island Design Contest headed by the Office of Mayor Albee Benitez, five out of 32 landscape artist, designer, and architecture student finalists presented their innovative and sustainable design proposals to a panel of experts, including Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, for the final judging in the BCGC MassKara Hall earlier today.

Vice Mayor Familiaran also handed over official checks to Brgy.’s 13, 10, 5, Sum-ag, and Mandalagan to further support the economic change in their respective barangays.
