The Bacolod City Government Center grounds are being transformed with holiday decorations as the city prepares for the much-awaited Christmas Festival of Lights on December 7, 2024.

Meanwhile, the Bacolod City Public Plaza is also gearing up for its own Lights On Ceremony on December 10, promising another magical celebration.
