December 4, 2023 – With the support of Hon. Albee Benitez, the collaboration of the City of Bacolod and the City Tourism Development Office with STI West Negros University (STIWNU) became fruitful and successful after a dazzling and vivid display of colors, lights, and talent at the Bacolod City Government Center grounds.

Together with Mayor Albee were Congressman Greg Gasataya and Councilors Simple Distrito, Celia Flor, Israel Salanga, Al Espino, Pao Sy, Em Ang and Lady Gles Pallen.

The celebration added a display of talent through the arena dance competition of the STIWNU students with the Orange Erudites emerging as the champion, the Blue Guardians as the 1st Runner-up, and the Yellow Tycoons as the 2nd Runner-up.

Additionally, the top three floats were also recognized and awarded such as the Red Sentinels, Pink Vikings, and Orange Erudites.
