March 5, 2025 – The Federation of Senior Citizens Associations of Bacolod City (FSCAB) has nominated Ms. Letty Duran of Brgy. Felisa, Ms. Luisa Petero of Brgy. Taculing, and Ms. Elenita Japitana of Brgy. Mansilingan for the position of OSCA (Office for Senior Citizens Affairs) Head during its Annual General Assembly at the FSCAB Office in Brgy. 16.

The OSCA Head serves as the voice of senior citizens in the local government, ensuring that their issues and concerns are addressed effectively. During the assembly, attendees also received sacks of rice. Also present during the event was the Department of Social Services and Development.
