Bacolod City, Philippines — Fifteen Bacolod MassKara choreographers together with Tourism Adviser Tin Mansinares, Performing Arts Director of San Agustin Rudy Reveche, and Board Member of Korea Philippine Festival and Cultural Exchange Association Sandra Ruth Sycip gathered for the Consultative Meeting to discuss about organizing a dance workshop to strengthen the identity of the MassKara Festival, last June 21, at the Sectoral Affairs Office, Bacolod Public Plaza.
The planned workshop will be an avenue for creative insights with the aim of identifying the various dance steps and choreography that the MassKara Festival is distinctly known for.
The choreographers group intends to formalize their federation, aspiring to further strengthen the city’s promotion of the MassKara Festival in order to make this year’s MassKara Festival Street Dancing a unique display of artistic expression that features the branding of Bacolod City’s vibrant, cultural identity.
