October 26, 2023 – The Western Visayas Alliance of Transport Cooperatives, Inc. had their courtesy call to express their interest and support to the e-jeepney initiative of the city today at the City Mayor’s Office, Bacolod City Government Center.

Presided by City Administrator Atty. Pacifico Maghari III together with the Cooperative President Rizalito M. Alido, Vice-President Sherry Rose T. Songano, and Secretary Halley Alcarde.

The mentioned cooperative consists of numerous transport services operating in Iloilo City such as the Joroshely Transport Services, Inc. and the Molo Transport Services, Inc. The courtesy call allowed for them to voice their commendation to the e-jeepney initiative and were also hoping that they can also apply it considering its positive environmental impact.
