November 23, 2024 – The City of Bacolod, through the Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD), celebrated National Children’s Month with a series of activities, including Mayor Albee’s State of the Children’s Address and a Children’s Funday held last November 23, 2024, at Magikland in Silay City.

The event gathered over 2,000 children and parents from Bacolod. It featured cultural performances by daycare and SPED students, and was attended by city officials, educators, and parents. The celebration highlighted unity, joy, and the city’s commitment to the welfare and happiness of its children.
