The Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival held the 1st Brgy. Inasal Cook-off at Manokan Country, yesterday, May 27, 2023.

Nine (9) barangays vied for the title of the best barangay inasal and Brgy. Mandalagan whipped up the juciest, tastiest and exceptional chicken inasal in the competition.

The challenge was graced by the Festival co-chair Councilor Celia Flor with Councilor Pau Sy.

Dino Cajili of Chicken House, Ma. Theresa Garcia of Aidas, Rosario Tutor of Nenas Rose and May Castro of SM City Bacolod were the esteemed judges who identified the best chicken inasal in the city.

With Brgy. Mandalagan as Champion, Brgy. Singcang came in second and Brgy. 29 as 3rd placer.
