March 22, 2024 – With the support of Mayor Albee Benitez, the Department of Social Services and Development (DSSD) together with Councilor Celia Flor awarded Basilia T. Ortiz with the centenarian benefit of 90,000 pesos at her residence in Prk. Masinadyahon, Brgy. 35.

Basilia Ortiz, who recently celebrated her 100th birthday last March 7, 2024, received an additional 90,000 pesos to complement the 10,000 pesos she had previously been awarded as part of the ladderized centenarian program.

The turnover of the check was attended by her son, DSSD staff and Brgy. 35 officials.
