June 15, 2023–the Bacolod MEDIAN ISLAND Designs submitted to the office of Mayor Albee Benitez were judged this morning by Arch. Rolem Basiya of United Architects of the Philippines Bacolod Azucar President, Former councilor Atty. Sonya M. Verdeflor, Rotary District 3850 Governor Mate Espina, Dr. Nena Nolido and Engr. Macky Maceda.
