We are 1 of 10 to receive this recognition, the highest award to be received for Level II, given to government agencies and LGUs based on the maturity level of their systems, and practices in four HR systems including recruitment, selection, and placement; learning and development; performance management; and rewards and recognition.

On behalf of Mayor Albee Benitez, Bacolod HR Department Head, Mr. Erman Aguirre and staff received the plaque of recognition from CSC 6 regional director Nelson Sarmiento in a ceremony last night, March 7, at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel in Iloilo City.
