November 8, 2024 – The City of Bacolod’s City Health Office (CHO) was recognized during the Department of Health Western Visayas Center for Health Development Local Health Systems Awards today at the Smallville 21 Hotel, Iloilo City.

The city was officially represented by CHO Head Dr. Ma. Carmela Gensoli, receiving a Plaque of Recognition and an amount of Php 50,000 for the City of Bacolod for its outstanding contributions in achieving better health outcomes and stronger local health system under the Highly Urbanized City Category.

Congratulations, City of Bacolod and the City Health Office for the dedication and commitment to providing quality public health service.
