January 3, 2024- Bacolod City Officials led by Bacolod City Administrator Ma. Lucille Gelvolea,SP Committee Chairperson on Transportation and Traffic Councilor Al Espino, Bacolod Traffic Authority Office Head Patrick Lacson, and City Planning and Development Officer Mary Jean Ramos convened with all the Bacolod City Consolidated Transportation Service Entities at the Bacolod City Government Center, Masskara Hall.

The gathering primarily aimed to discuss the LTFRB guidelines for the implementation of the Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program. Furthermore, all operators were required to submit the actual number of units per awarded route, crucial for the implementation of LTFRB’s Transfer Plan.
