The City Government of Bacolod is set to hold the Ceremonial Switch-On of the Solar Power System on December 18, 2024, at 3:00 PM in the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) Lobby.

With the theme, “Bacolod City: Leading the Way to Sustainable Energy Solutions,” this event highlights the city’s commitment to clean and renewable energy. The new solar power system is projected to bring 48% savings on energy cost with 400KW capacity.
