August 30, 2024– Preparations for MassKara Festival 2024 are in full swing as Bacolod City gears up for its annual celebration. Various agencies involved in the staging of the festival recently convened to finalize arrangements, with a primary focus on the site plans for the four main venues: Bacolod City Government Center, Megaworld Upper East, Lacson Street, and Bacolod Public Plaza, as well as the rundown of the Calendar of Activities.

The event calendar features a variety of activities, including food and trade fairs, the Masskralympics, and the Masskanamit Competition. The meeting also served as a platform to coordinate with essential departments and agencies such as the Bacolod Environmental and Natural Resources Office (BENRO), Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DRRMO), Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), Bacolod Traffic Authority Office (BTAO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and many others to ensure seamless execution of the festival.

At the Inter-Agency Coordination meeting the importance of collaboration among all parties involved to guarantee the safety and success of MassKara Festival 2024 was emphasized. As preparations continue, Bacolod City looks forward to another unforgettable celebration.
