May 25, 2024- With the support of Mayor Albee Benitez, the Philippine Ballet Theater performed “Hiyas Sa Sayaw” consists of neo-classical dance pieces inspired by the traditional icons and dances of Mindanao and Mountain Province such as The Vinta, Ibalon, and Sarimanok at the Bacolod City Government Center Ground.

The opening message was delivered by Armita Bantug-Rufino, President of the Filipino Heritage Festival Inc. Followed by the presentation of Commemorative Stamp Frame to the City of Bacolod was received by Councilor Em Ang.

Additionally, the event was entertained by MassKara Festival 2023 1st runner-up Brgy. Sum-ag dancers, a song number by Reymhille Rose Pornete and Brgy. Granada Pink and Blue Gymnast.
