August 23, 2023 – In an effort to address the perennial traffic woes that have plagued the St. Scholastica’s Academy to Bacolod Queen of Mercy Hospital routes, a meeting was held on August 23, 2023, at the Bacolod City Government Center.

Mayor Albee Benitez addressed the issue with PMAJ Junji Liba, Traffic Consultant Patrick Lacson, Hospital Administrator Doc John Alejano of Bacolod Queen of Mercy Hospital and Punong Barangay Paul Anieve of Mandalagan.

In a proactive move, Traffic Consultant Patrick Lacson outlined comprehensive plans to Mayor Albee Benitez aimed at alleviating the chronic congestion that has been experienced by all motorists plying this route.

Moreover, the Bacolod City Government discussed some possible temporary solutions together with Doc John Alejano that will ease the congestion immediately.

As traffic congestion has persisted for years, the innovative measures discussed during this meeting hold promise for a more efficient and fluid transportation experience for everyone in the area.
