May 21, 2025- The Bacolod Chicken Inasal Festival 2025 officially kicked off today, with a special grilling event at Manokan Country, SM City Bacolod.

With the theme “Fire and Fusion,” the festival celebrates Bacolod’s famous chicken inasal and the rich culture behind it. The event runs from May 21 to 25 and will feature food, music, and activities for everyone to enjoy.

Present in the event were Bacolod City Councilors Celia Flor, Kalaw Puentevella, and Thaddy Sayson; SM Bacolod Regional Operations Manager Jorge Jardiolin, SM City Bacolod Mall Manager Juliana Javellana, and Chief Tourism Operations Officer Ma. Teresa Manalili.

The festival brings people together to enjoy great food and celebrate what makes Bacolod special.
