Bacolod City is gearing up for the Chicken Inasal Festival 2025, a five-day celebration of its famous grilled chicken dish happening from May 21 to 25. The festival will take place across three key venues: SM City Bacolod, The Upper East Megaworld, and Ayala Malls Capitol Central, offering a vibrant mix of food stalls, grilling contests, culinary workshops, and live entertainment.

More than just a food event, the festival highlights Bacolod’s cultural pride and passion for its beloved Chicken Inasal.
