February 7, 2025 – Under the leadership of Mayor Albee Benitez, the Bacolod Environment and Natural Resources Office (BENRO), together with the Rotary Club of Metro Bacolod and Blacktown City, Australia, conducted their Thanksgiving Blood Donation Drive and Medical Mission last January 28 at the Bacolod City College Gymnasium.

Together with BENRO and the Rotary Club were other organizations such as the Bacolod City Health Office, Bacolod DRRMO, Office of Councilors Kalaw Puentevella, Al Espino, Pao Sy, and Cindy Rojas, and Riverside College, among many others.

The activity catered to the city’s street cleaners, in recognition of their invaluable service and contribution in keeping the city’s cleanliness and providing the support and care that they need as they do their daily tasks.
