December 6, 2024 – The newly elected officers of the Philippine Association of General Services Officers, Inc. (PAGSO) – Negros Occidental Chapter were formally inducted led by Mayor Albee Benitez as the inducting officer on December 6, 2024, at O Hotel, Bacolod City.

In his speech, Mayor Benitez highlighted Bacolod City’s ongoing digitalization efforts, particularly the integration of a QR code system to streamline government transactions. He expressed his hope that other cities would adopt similar systems to ensure faster and more efficient services for their constituents.

– Secretary: Charo Hechanova (CGSO-Designate, Cadiz City)

– Treasurer: Archie Denor Piel (GSO, Designate EB Magalona)

– P.I.O.: Eduardo de la Cruz (CGSO, Victorias City)

– Auditor: Victor Emmanuel Espina (CGSO-Designate, Bacolod City)
