September 11, 2024 – Bacolod City readily accommodated the Passi City LGU led by their City Mayor Stephen A. Palmares for their benchmarking activity today at the Bacolod City Government Center Lobby.
Councilors Celia Flor and Jason Villarosa graced the event with Councilor Jason Villarosa opening with a welcoming message, followed by a presentation by the City Tourism Office of Bacolodโs festivals including the Masskara Festival, Chicken Inasal Festival, and the Bacolaodiat Festival, among others.
The event emphasized Bacolodโs best practices and projects such as the Bacolod City Comprehensive Health Program (BacCHP) by Dr. Eric Saratan, a presentation of Brgy. Montevista by Punong Barangay Glo-Ann T. Tambasen, ending with the Bacolod Housing Authorityโs (BHA) report by BHA Head Ma. Victoria Parreรฑas on the Asenso Yuhum Residences of the city.
Lastly, the Passi City LGU visited the Asenso Yuhum Residences after the welcoming event and will be staying in the City of Smiles until September 14.
