Bacolod City Asenso Yuhum Housing proudly leads as the first LGU to initiate President Marcos’s 4PH Program. Following the ongoing development of Arao Housing, we are excited to announce the launch of Esefania and Banago Residences, with DHSUD’s approval received on January 18.

Construction for both areas is set to begin shortly after the groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for mid-February.

Estefania will feature 1,440 units, while Banago will offer 3,627 units.
