1. Age 18 above, NHTS and those living in gov’t-run and DSWD accredited residential care facilities
2. Age 18 above, non-NHTS
3. Health care workers
4. Pregnant women
5. Adults with comorbidities
6. Personnel providing frontline services, such as military personnel
7. Other healthy adults
8. Senior Citizens for Pneumonia vaccine
